If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your coat, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to discuss your options. Depending on the situation, we’ll work with you to either: Remake your coat with the necessary adjustments, or Issue a full refund if a remake isn’t the right solution. We pride ourselves on getting it right the first time — our customers’ satisfaction rate has been outstanding and refunds have been nearly non-existent. That said, your happiness matters most.
